On behalf of the James River Hunt Club we would like to invite you to be a part of one of the oldest equestrian events in Virginia. The James River Hunt Horse Show has been a major fixture in the Virginia equestrian show circuit for over 70 years. Each year, riders from all over Virginia reunite to compete while enjoying the company of fellow participants.

Local sponsors are important to the success of the show and provide an opportunity to support the James River Hunt Horse Show through monetary gifts and/or prizes. At this time we are seeking sponsorships for the 2024 James River Hunt Horse Show. Please consider one of the categories listed below.

 Sponsorship Tiers

  • Title Sponsor - $2500

    Sponsor will receive a banner with logo displayed in the ring. Additionally, they will receive recognition on JRHHS social media, recognition on table in hospitality tent, title sponsor recognition via PA announcements throughout the show, FULL page add in Prize List and a complimentary grandstand box of 6 seats.

  • Platinum Sponsor - $1,000

    Sponsor will receive their own banner with logo, recognition on JRHHS social media, recognition on table in hospitality tent, main sponsor recognition via PA announcements during class, 1/2 page add in Prize List and a complimentary grandstand box of 6 seats.

  • Divison Sponsor - $500

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever TWO divisons they choose. Additionally, will receive their large company logo printed on banner, recognition on JRHHS social media, recognition on table in hospitality tent, recognition via PA announcements during show.

  • Gold Sponsor - $250

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever ONE divison they choose. They will also receive large company logo/business name printed on banner displayed on show grounds and recognition on JRHHS social media & website.

  • Silver Sponsor - $100

    Sponsor will receive their name/business name on banner displayed on show grounds and mention on JRHHS social media & website.
